eGood is a comprehensive loyalty marketing program and restaurant CRM (customer relationship management) system. In practice, though, customers use the eGood mobile app or in-store iPad to check in and shop at eGood businesses in their area. Participating locations then donate 3, 5, or 10 percent of eGood sales to the charity of their choice and benefit from real-time customer loyalty.
