The service uses restaurant guests’ cell phones instead of expensive pager systems.With almost no learning curve, Table’s Ready allows hosts to ask for guests’ phone number, enter it into the Table’s Ready web-based interface, and SMS (text message) them when their table is ready. The system provided analytics for restaurant managers as well.
