Talk to the Manager provides restaurants with a simple and straightforward phone number and web-based tool through which they can communicate with customers via SMS (text messages) or email in real-time. Restaurants post table tents and other signage inviting guests to text their comments in to a dedicated number, from which assigned employees can respond — thus avoiding negative reviews through services like Yelp or Urbansoon.
