TurnStar

TurnStar is an online wait list and customer engagement system. It allows restaurants to rid themselves of wireless pagers and instead send SMS (text) messages to waiting guests when they’re table is ready. The waitlist is web-based, so the host stand can use any Internet-connected computer or tablet. Guests can also opt-in to receive later alerts and be recognized as VIPs.
