VirtualNext provides an app-free, digital, mobile loyalty solution for restaurants and retailers. The VirtualNext platform does require the customer to download a digital card that is then linked to their built-in iPhone Passbook or Google Wallet app (depending on which smartphone they have). Customers make their purchase the traditional way, or using a stored-value mobile card. Customers earn points based on store visits or purchase amounts by presenting their phone to the scanner connected to the restaurant’s POS system.
