9. What percentage of your traffic is mobile.
You’ve got to know this metric. Way too many restaurant websites are still not mobile-friendly, despite our pleading that you do so.
This restaurant website in San Diego gets just under 50% of its traffic via desktop browsers and right at 40% via mobile (and just over 50% when you combine smartphones with tablets). I’ve heard of some restaurants whose traffic is over 60% mobile. My hunch tells me that the faster the desired dining experience, the more likely your mobile traffic is higher. But that’s just a hunch.
What do your mobile numbers look like?
