Announcing the Restaurant Digital Marketing Services Directory

How does one stay on top of all the new marketing services available to restaurant marketing leaders?

Here’s how: we’re excited to officially announce the NextRestaurants Directory of restaurant marketing service providers.

While it’s been a part of the NextRestaurants website since the beginning, we’ve recently rebuilt the directory structure from scratch and added another 10 companies, and felt now was a great time to start getting the word out.

Why the Directory Exists

We’re well aware of the “echo chamber” effect, where a tightknit group of people only share the same ideas because they rarely pay real attention to what’s going on outside of the group, essentially echoing one another.

That is a dangerous thing right now in the restaurant industry.

While we wouldn’t suggest you start distrusting the sources near and dear to your heart, we’d like to respectfully suggest that only listening to a few of your peers is dangerous, more than ever, because there are new companies, new tools, new strategies, and new tactics that are proven and WORKING for many restaurant brands.

And the future of your brand depends on new ideas.

Quick Examples of Vendors You’ll Find

Today, you can partner with companies who can integrate their software solution with your existing POS, offering unbelievable metrics and details on your guests, menu items, and promotions.

You can partner with companies who provide advanced, multi-channel, mobile marketing solutions. QR code campaigns, mobile websites, integrated marketing campaigns that span social, email, and SMS marketing. Everything’s covered.

You can partner with companies who will implement a custom, digital, mobile loyalty program. Whether you’re looking for a simple digital punchard, Platinum/Gold/Silver levels within your program, or a comprehensive plan that includes games, points, and promotions, it’s all in our restaurant marketing vendor directory.

Most importantly, you can use our one website, one reference tool for reviewing 20 different categories and well over 100 different vendors.

Featured Vendors

Companies don’t pay us to be listed in the directory. A basic listing free, we add service providers when we learn about them and perform a little due diligence. This basic listing includes company name, logo, website, Facebook page, Twitter handle, Year founded, marketing categories they cover, and a brief description of what they do to help restaurants. We’ve written these summaries ourselves.

Over time, you’ll see that some companies are Featured. Featured vendors pay for a more comprehensive listing, including custom, detailed descriptions, phone numbers, screenshots, a demo video, links to case studies or press, and more.

An important note, though: editorial content at NextRestaurants is not pay-to-play. A company’s Featured status (or lack thereof) doesn’t impact their mention in a NextRestaurants articles. That content is 100% objective, based on our opinions of tools we’ve vetted or learned about through restaurants we talk to.

Future Enhancements

We’re really happy to have built this for you as restaurant marketing leaders. But it’s not a one-time build.

We’ll be adding new companies (and have deleted a few, to boot) and new features to the directory. It is a work in progress. Your feedback is invaluable here. Let us know via email or in the comments your thoughts, wishes, and questions.
