Cover

Cover is a new payment system that allows guests to, in essence, prepay their meals, speeding up their checkout process. Diners create a “table” in the application, and tell the participating restaurant that they are using Cover to pay for their meal. The guest’s wallet or purse never leaves their pocket, as the app is card-linked. Important Note: As of January 2014, Cover is nearly entirely focused on building out the New York City market before expanding elsewhere.
